NCEC is thankful for support of the Westpac Foundation, Bryan Family Foundation, English Family Foundation, Greater Melbourne Charitable Foundation and a host of other foundations and private individuals who have supported our mission of creating employment for people with intellectual disabilities. We are a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission (ACNC) and a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) with Deductible Gift Recipient status (DGR).

We have three funds you can contribute to:

1. Work equipment fund: purchase the tools and vehicles that keep people in a job. Mowers, tractors, utes, hard working coffee machines – all critical to keeping the wheels turning and generating meaningful work.
2. Worker support fund: help us go the extra mile to provide necessary assistance to workers who might otherwise fall through the gaps (e.g. people experiencing disability and exiting child safety or who are homelessness, people with intellectual or cognitive disability not included in the NDIS).
3. Workplace purchase fund: Help us own workspace, which will provide a permanent base for our operations to make our long-term future secure.
The impact of having a job changes lives and its effect ripples out into the lives of families and communities.
NCEC workers commonly say things like:

“I was staring at four walls, drinking coffee and going mad. No one gave me a chance. NCEC gave me a job – and now I feel proud every day.” (Gavin, Gardening Crew)

We have a tried and tested model and are a leader in our field, confirmed through research and winning of a number of awards in Social Enterprise. Our social impact has been externally verified and is reported on annually. Every dollar invested goes toward long-term jobs for the most disadvantaged. We appreciate any and all offers of support.

If you would like to discuss how you could help us grow our life changing work please support us through our secure giving portal or contact the NCEC Co-ordinator on enquiries@ncec.com.au

Our general fund is listed on one of Australia’s largest and safest donation portals, also run by a not for profit through GiveNow which you can find here. We also have our specific funds currently available through Benevity which also offers matched giving with certain employers which you can find linked above.

You can make a donation via either of these sources and be issued with an immediate receipt. Please let us know if you would like your donation to our General Fund to be directed to one of the sub categories listed above using the ‘message’ option on the form – so we can direct it there.

Thank-you for you generosity.
